2022 Lyons Will Macedon Ranges Riesling

Lyons Will is a family owned and run property. Husband and wife team, Oliver and Renata are both vignerons and winemakers. They live on the vineyard with their two children. At a recent wine tasting we were very impressed with their Riesling, Gamay and Pinot Noir.
Their Riesling is handpicked, basket pressed and spends 3 months on lees, in old French barriques. It is delicate and floral with bursts of lemon and sherbet. Textural and with a hint of residual sugar.
