Phil Sexton and Steve Flamsteed created this brand 22 years ago and continue to craft Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, from estate fruit. They adopt minimal intervention approach to winemaking, with wild yeasts, gravity flow transfers, along with their wines being unfined and unfiltered. Their 2022 release has aromas of spice and red fruits and the palate has a fruit compote intensity and licorice, spice to finish.
