4 PILLARS CHRISTMAS GIN 2021 - EXTREMELY LIMITED!
A few years ago on Derby day, head distiller Cameron put some Christmas puddings (recipe from his late Mum, Wilma) in the botanical basket of their still (named Wilma) and distilled a gin. Cameron was working on a gin aged in their collection of 80-year-old muscat barrels. So he decided to blend these together and add a tweak of classic Rutherglen Muscat. The result SMELLS LIKE GIN and TASTES LIKE CHRISTMAS. Sip straight over ice, simply mix with ginger ale or make a cracking Martinez.
