Roberto runs this estate with help from his wife, Angela. His great, great grandfather planted vines in the area that were passed down the generations, usually making bulk wine. After Roberto graduated from the winemaking school, he extended the vineyards and Roberto Sarotto wines commenced. His Barbaresco is $25 cheaper than his Barolo and we think offers better value.
