We have a strong affiliation with this brand. Our friend represents the wines in Victoria, and we have Aussie friends who have settled in Piedmont and their ‘drinking’ patio looks right over the Sarotto vineyards. The Sarotto family has been growing grapes in the Piedmont region since the 1700’s. Aurora is Roberto’s wife and her name sake wine is a 100% Cortese from the small village of Gavi. Gavi’s high acidity is a great foil for seafood. This one also has herbal notes and a good deal of elegance.
