The story behind this is great. The good people at Unico Zelo has created a co-op of sorts where they make wines, under the 'Harvest' label and the money from sales go back to the growers. This sparkling Chardonnay is from the Porter & Matchoss families and it's crisp, dry and really fun. It has loads of yellow stone fruit and honeydew melon flavours.
