Phil Sexton and Steve Flamsteed created this brand 22 years ago and continue to craft Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, from estate fruit. They adopt minimal intervention approach to winemaking, with wild yeasts, gravity flow transfers, along with their wines being unfined and unfiltered. Their SCG is 85% Syrah and is a really lovely drink. Blue fruits and dried fennel aromas lead to a delicate, yet punchy palate.
