Paul and Laura Dahlenburg have spent a career making wine and tending to the vineyards of others. In 2010 Eldorado Rd was born. Their vineyard is in the town of Eldorado (between Beechworth & Wangaratta). Paul has been the chief winemaker at Baileys for decades and he makes theses wines with his son, Ben.
This is a new addition to their range of wines. The Shiraz is co-fermented with a small amount of Marsanne and Viognier. It is very European in style.
