First Creek Wines is a family owned and operated business, located in the Hunter Valley, with vines in other NSW wine regions. There are three winemakers on the family, Greg, Liz and Shaun Silkman and they run the largest winemaking and bottling production company in the Hunter region. Their PN spends some time in old French oak and is nicely savoury and spicy, with earthy edges.
