This brand is the baby of Domenic Torzi (winemaker) and Tracy Matthews. They searched for years before they found the right vineyard location in Eden Valley.
The 'Schist Rock' fruit comes off the estate block and is basket pressed to barrel to complete ferment (ex Frost Dodger barrels). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
