Peter Kelliher is the man behind the brand and the winemaking. His home vineyard is in Gippsland and he has a small plot in Heathcote, where he has planted Merlot, Cabernet & Shiraz. He holds his reds back and releases them when ready. They’re made in the old fashion style, hearty and bold, throwing a crust. This is a classic Heathcote Cabernet, generous and bold.
