NV Jean-Noel Haton Brut Reserve Champagne

Haton is new grower Champagne brand, in Australia. Established in 1928 it is run by 3rd generation Jean-Noel and 4th generation Sebastien. Jean-Noel is the winemaker and Sebastien the vigneron. They own 40 ha of vines directly owned or managed.
Their Brut Reserve is a blend of 35% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and aged on yeast lees for a minimum of 3 years.
