The Bannockburn vineyard was planted in 1974, by Stuart Hooper. He had a love for Burgundy and wanted to establish a vineyard in Victoria that could produce great Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Stuart has passed away, but the Hooper family still own the property.

Leaps out of the glass with its aromas of ripe red apples, blood oranges and mountain herbs. Flavoursome, gently textured and refreshing and a good accompaniment to a barbecued lamb cutlet and salads this summer."
