Brendan & Laura Carter are the couple behind the wines. Both were winemakers, for high profile, top end wineries, before going out on their own. They are great winemakers and very good people.
This is a blend of Barbera, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo & Merlot. Their 'Truffle Hound' is our pizza night champion. It's approachable and savoury. Lifted fruit aromas and the palate is savoury and a bit gamey.
