we came across Syd Bradford recently. He was introduced to us, through a mutual friend. Great bloke and winemaker. He established the brand 2009, in 2021 the man, his family and the wines found a home. He purchased the Cypress Ridge vineyard in the Yarra Valley.
His 'Left-Field Blend' is 50/50 Gewurztraminer / Sylvaner. It is delicate and floral. Crystalized ginger meets shortbread. it is bouncy and finishes dry. Bloody lovely.
