2021 Susuro 'Farfalla' Pyrenees Nebbiolo
Nikki Palun is the dynamic lady behind the brand. Before starting Susuro in 2014 she was export manager at de Bortoli and was on the Wine Victoria board.
Susuro is made in small quantities, from mainly Italian varieties. Her Nebbiolo has aromas of marzipan and cheery cola. The palate is taut and dry, showing cherry / berry fruit characters and dry finish.
