Simon Sorby Adams started winemaking in 1980. He has 44 Barossa vintages under his belt. Formally chief winemaker at Yalumba before going out on his own. This wine is part of Simon's 'Barossa Classic' range. Aged in finely grained French barrels for 24 months.
This is beautifully floral, along with loads of sweet, black fruit characters.
