Red Edge is the second oldest vineyard in Heathcote, having been planted in 1971. Peter Dredge and his family do everything themselves. The fruit is all dry grown, hand-picked, and Peter makes the wine on the property. Their Rose is fermented to dry and made in the Provence style.
