Michael Wren is the man behind the wines. For 10 years he was making wine in Portugal, before he decided to settle back in Australia. He purchased a vineyard from Stefani Wines and 2018 was his first vintage.
He has 16 plots of Shiraz, which he hand picks separately. His reds are unfined and unfiltered. The 'Syrahpher' and 'Syrahphim' are minimal intervention releases and 2020 is the first release. The her is a beautiful wine - all strawberry fruits, sour cherry and soft herbal notes.
