The Koznad family purchased their first Adelaide Hills vineyard in 1999. Years later they expanded and purchased another. Biological systems are well established in the two vineyards for pest control and disease and biodynamic practices are being rolled out on targeted blocks. They employ minimal handling in the winery and add minimal sulphur.
The Red Bird is their every day drinking Shiraz release. It's bold and sweet fruited with a mix of black pepper and spice.
