2018 Granite Hills Macedon Ranges Pinot Blanc
Llew Knight joined his mum and dad, to make the family wines in 1979. He has made all the wines ever since. The Knight family are trail blazers in the region, as they planted vines back in 1970 when they realised traditional, small sheep farming wasn't sustainable anymore. His Pinot Blanc has aromas of white peaches and brie cheese (from the lees stirring) and the palate has loads of white peach flavours and a textural grip to finish.
