2022 Trevelen Farm Great Southern Chardonnay

The Sprig family has family history, in the wine industry dating back to the 1850’s. They planted their property in the Great Southern in 1993. They employed James Kelly (formerly of Howard Park) as their winemaker and boy has he done a great job. His Chardonnays tend to be in the ‘old fashion’ stable. Noticeable oak, yellow stone fruit flavours and creamy texture. Yum.
