Steve Pannell had an illustrious career working as chief winemaker for Hardy’s before going out on his own in 2004. We love this wine, mostly Gewurztraminer, with Riesling and a smidge of Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a perfectly matched wine to clean Asian dishes. Turkish delight, lychee fruit and cumquat flavours all in abundance.
