The fruit for this wine comes off the ‘Colle dei Venti’ vineyard. This translates to ‘hill of the wind’ and refers to the cooling breezes from the Adriatic. The cooling breeze comes through in the afternoon, giving the vines respite from the heat. The wine offers up tropical fruit punch aromas and a punchy palate of lime and lemon flavours and clean, crisp acidity.
