Ben Glaetzer has a long standing relationship with all of his growers. Most of them are third or fourth generation growers in the region. Their dry grown vineyards produce intense grapes, and Ben's minimal intervention style of winemaking makes for a great wine. His latest Bishop is cranked up with bitter chocolate, espresso coffee and black fruit flavours.
