The Hirsch Hill vineyard is in the northern end of Dixons Creek. Brothers, Jack and Eddie Hirsch purchased the property in 1990 for thoroughbred racehorse breeding. In 1998 they planted vines and twenty-five years on the second-generation vignerons are running the property.
Their 2022 Estate Pinot Noir is soft, with aromas of lavender and spice, the palate with hints of spice, sweet cherries and softly earthy notes, on the finish.
