2018 Giammarino Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Vittoria & Nicoletta Giammarino left their vineyards in Abruzzo, Italy post WW2. After looking for the perfect spot to settle and plant they settled in the Yarra Valley. Thirty years on their son, Dino is crafting the wines, whilst they tend the vines. Dino makes all his wines naturally, with minimal intervention and minimal sulphites. His Cabernet is typical of the region – medium bodied with black berry flavours, hints of spice and dusty tannins.
