Helm was established in 1973, making it one of the first commercial wineries in the Canberra Wine District. Ken and Judith Helm and their daughter Stephanie are 4th & 5th generation grape growers. Their passion for Riesling drew them to establish the Canberra International Riesling Challenge. The 2023 saw the 47th vintage of the Ken’s ‘Classic Dry’. Weighing in at only 11% alcohol, it is lovingly floral, with lifted orange blossom. The palate offers up candied citrus fruits and bracing acidity.
