Valdobbiadene is the town within the province of Treviso, Veneto. It is one of only two regions that have been granted DOCG status. The vines are planted on the hills around the town and make delicate Prosecco wines.
Sandro, Barbera and Stefano Bottega run the family business which has been making wine and grappa for over 300 years. Their DOCG Prosecco is beautifully floral, with aromas of white rose, citrus and stone fruit. The palate is elegant with white nectarine and marzipan flavours. The finish is tight, with great length.
