Jasper Hill needs no introduction. Established 40 years ago and now a leader in the region. The previous 2 vintages they have had to source fruit from other growers, but 2022 is back to 100% estate grown fruit. With this vintage Emily Laughton, winemaker has backed off the oak a touch allowing the fruit to shine. Bloody lovely.
