Walter Clappis is the man behind The Hedonist wines. He has been making wine, in McLaren Vale for 30 years. His daughter Kimberley has now joined him to make this wine. His Tempranillo vineyard is certified biodynamic, and the wine is made for early consumption, with minimal oak and sulphur. The wine is all summer red berries, sour cherries and sweet paprika
