2016 Red Edge ‘Estate' Heathcote Shiraz

Red Edge is the second oldest vineyard in Heathcote, having been planted in 1971. Peter Dredge and his family do everything themselves. The fruit is all dry grown, hand-picked, and Peter makes the wine on the property. Most of the fruit, for the 'estate' release is off the family's Jackson Lane vineyard as well as some from the '71 Block'.
