Simon Sorby Adams started winemaking in 1980. He has 44 Barossa vintages under his belt. Formally chief winemaker at Yalumba before going out on his own. This wine is part of Simon's 'Neptune Ring' range and are his premium offerings. The fruit comes off a single vineyard, which the owners believe was planted in the early 1900's.
The wine is lovely and juicy, with some confectionery characters and savoury finish.
