Bodegas Olivares' vineyard holdings are all over 800 metres above sea level. The region is in the east of Spain, near Valencia. Some of the Monastrell vines are over 100 years old and some of this fruit goes in to this wine. Raisins and charcoal aromas, with a dark and brooding palate. Olives, mocha and some earthy notes await you.
