The Koznad family purchased their first Adelaide Hills vineyard in 1999. Years later they expanded and purchased another. Biological systems are well established in the two vineyards for pest control and disease and biodynamic practices are being rolled out on targeted blocks. They employ minimal handling in the winery and add minimal sulphur.
Their Shiraz is being poured on Qantas domestic Business Class. It's pretty smart booze with blue fruit flavours, some spice and soft, gentle tannins.
