NV Georges Lacombe ‘Grand Cuvee’ Champagne
Georges Lacombe purchased a vineyard in Champagne in 1989. Over the past 30 years he has purchased more vineyards and created his own brand. His son in law Francis Tribaut is in charge of making the wines (all wines are made from estate owned fruit). The Grand Cuvee is made up of 75% of the current vintage and 25% reserve wine. The blend has a high portion of the Pinot Meunier grape which gives beautiful florals. The palate is all apricot and brioche.
