Briony and Tony Hoare worked for many of the big wine companies before going out on their own in 2006. They started with one barrel and huge dreams. Briony is the winemaker and Tony viticulturalist. Briony lived and worked in Italy were she picked a love of Italian grape varieties. Her 'Bolle Rosse' is a softly sparkling Nero d'Avola, Grenache, Montepulciano blend. To keep it really simple, it's really juicy and gluggable.
