Aged in oak barrels, Mount Zero Red Wine Vinegar has a deep berry/plum flavour taken from its main ingredient, wine, which is made from various wine grapes varieties. We believe red wine vinegar, not balsamic, is the best complement to our oil when making dressings. Mount Zero Red Wine Vinegar adds flavour to soups, stocks and risotto. It is also perfect for lifting flavours when deglazing.
