Paul and Laura Dahlenburg have spent a career making wine and tending to the vineyards of others. In 2010 Eldorado Rd was born. Their vineyard is in the town of Eldorado (between Beechworth & Wangaratta). Paul has been the chief winemaker at Baileys for decades and he makes theses wines with his son, Ben.
Their Rose is made with Nero d'Avola and a smidge of Sangiovese and Dolcetto. The grapes are picked early to make the Rose. 10 months in seasoned French oak on full lees with regular stirring and the lightly filtered.
