We came across Rowly Milhinch and his wines at a Taste Victoria event. We were short on time, so we spoke to a handful of winemaking friends about what producers stood out. 3 of the 5 said Scion. They were spot on, awesome wines.
Rowly's Durif is delicate and feminine. Beautifully crafted and modern. There's none of those heavy, porty characters.
