This brand is the baby of Domenic Torzi (winemaker) and Tracy Matthews. They searched for years before they found the right vineyard location in Eden Valley.
The 'DJ' release gets its name from their two children, Marcus & Jessica (Dom Juniors). The wine is a typical, old fashion Barossa red. 14.5% alcohol and bursting with sweet, black fruits and warm spices. This won't blow your mind but it will warm you up on a cold night. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
