Red Claw is a second label of Yabby Lake, which was established in 1998. Winemaker, Tom Carson uses estate only fruit for these wines. His Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and crunchy. It does have plenty of fruit sweetness, however the acidity keeps it fresh and clean.
