2019 Tallarook Wines Upper Goulburn Roussanne

The Tallarook vineyard was planted in the 1980s with mainly Rhone varieties. Well known and respected winemaker Martin Williams MW is the chief winemaker. Until COVID hit exports to China was where most of the their sales were.
The Roussanne is hand picked and wild fermented. Pungent butterscotch and ginger aromas, followed by melon fruit flavours, vanilla and wild ferment characters.
