2019 Soul Growers 'Equilibrium' Barossa Valley GSM
Owners Paul Heinicke, Tom Fotheringham (ex Penfolds/Barossa Valley Estate) & Leigh Underwood (Hentley Farm and Murray St Vineyards) and Stuart Bourne (ex Chateau Tanunda and Barossa Valley Estate), had worked together previously in a corporate world but were convinced that their future would one day be an uncomplicated, hand made and lovingly nurtured winemaking enterprise. They established Soul Growers in 1998 and haven't looked back. Their Equilibrium has a confectionery nose and the palate is fresh and luscious. Red berry fruits, cinnamon stick spice flavours.
