2019 Greenock Estate Barossa Valley Shiraz Cabernet

Greenock Estate released its first commercial vintage in 2013. Three wine friends started the brand. One is a winemaker, one a viticulturalist and the other a wine marketer. Due to their connections they have access to some pretty old vine gear.
Their Shiraz Cabernet blend has load of sweet black fruit aromas and the palate is medium bodied and generously structured. The flavours span tapenade, green peppercorn, dark cherry and vanilla pod.
