Based Fontenay-Près-Chablis, Thomas and his father Claude farm their 11 hectares of Chablis vines. Whilst the Domaine’s holdings date backed to Thomas’ grandfather in 1953 it was only in 2014 that Thomas ceased the sale of grapes to the vast La Chablisienne co-op and went out on his own. Average vine age is 30+ years and farmed sustainably without herbicides and insecticides.
