Simon and Melissa Roe are the couple behind the brand. Their property was previously a racehorse and breeding ground and the training track and stables still remain. The vineyard was planted in 1994. This is their single vineyard Chardonnay release. Hand-picked fruit, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented.
Ripe stone fruit, ginger and peanut brittle aromas. The palate is clean and pristine. Werthers Original confectionary characters with a slatey / minerally backbone.
