Walter Clappis is the man behind The Hedonist wines. He has been making wine in the McLaren Vale for 30 years. His daughter Kimberley has now joined him to make this wine. His Shiraz vines are certified biodynamic and the wines sees minimal oak and sulphur. Dark berry fruits, with a dusting of bitter chocolate and cardamom.
