2018 Amelia Park Margaret River Chardonnay

Jeremy and Daniela Gordon established the Amelia Park brand in 2009. Initially all the wines were made from contact grown fruit, but in 2013 all that changed when they purchased the Moss Brothers site, on Caves Rd, Wilyabrup. The fruit for Jeremy’s Chardonnay comes off this block. The wild ferment in barrels and lees stirring is noticeable with all the white peach, cashew and nougat characters.
