2018 Galli Estate 'Camelback' Sunbury Chardonnay

Ben Rankin has been with Galli Estate for a decade or so and he has always produced a decent Chardonnay under the Camelback brand. This release though he has exceeded expectations. The wine went through a full malo and some barrels from his top Adele was blended back in. They’re serving this by the glass upstairs at The Stokehouse, so good credibility. Look out for the toffee and caramel and great acidity.
